After a long, long time of waiting the third chapter to the Call of Duty Modern Warfare series is here! But is this game going to be as good as expected? Read on....
So I pre-ordered it and got it 2 days late for some reason but as soon as I put the disc in I went straight to Survival! I thought that was going to be some fun! So me and my mate start on Underground on Survival awaiting the enemies and awaiting how this game would be. I loved it! But only for the first week... Honestly after the first week Survival Mode got really boring don't ask why I just did not find it fun anymore! Oh also they had the special ops missions like on MW2 but actually were a bit more fun!
So then I moved onto the campaign! Yes I absolutely loved MW1 and MW2 campaigns and was very eager to see what happened after Soap got carried of in the helicopter. So I start it and it has Price talking and stuff all this emotional music I am lying on a stretcher as Soap somewhere in India and Nikolai and Price are rushing me to a doctor. Very good start! I managed to finish it in about 4 Days and my god it was absolutely amazing! They need to make a movie out of it! Infinity Ward and Sledge Hammer Games have done a fantastic job on the story line!
Then I went Online. Now personally I think if there was no online for COD it would be one of the bad sellers. To me online is what makes Call of Duty, Call of Duty. First Match was on Mission on Team Deathmatch and I managed to get 16 Kills, 6 Deaths. Pretty good for first match. So I soon started to level up unlocking new features and other stuff and oh my gosh how easy it is to get gold guns! You don't have to get to 10th or 15th Prestige just to get golden camo's! The strike packages are... Far out so much good stuff! You will have to see for yourself!

Campaign is good, better than bf3 but it's too short and the graphics while decent are seriously lacking compared to other big titles released this year.
Survival mode is much the same as any other shooter doing it.
Online hasn't added or improved on the formula enough to make it stand out from MW1 or MW2. Sure they've changed the kill streaks to strike packages and added a couple of game modes but after a
week it's all the same as the older editions.
It's a good game but 7 - 7.5 tops. There's so much more they can improve on.

Happy you got a lot out of it though.

i think this game is sh*t compared to battlefeild 3 the frist time i played this online i found a waller which is someone that tracks you through walls the reason i found the waller is cos codmw3 has not got a better gaming engine. they used the same one as mw2. which thats why battlefield 3 is so much better cos they upgraded there engine so it makes it even and another thing i hate about mw3 is the maps are way to small compared to battlefeild 3 so yeah mw3 is sh*t.
look at the last of us trailer its graphics are the best iv seen
