Warner Bros. have revealed the inclusion of "classic" skins for the upcoming Mortal Kombat on PlayStation Vita. The skins, for the game's "ninjas", give the characters a look reminiscent of earlier titles in the franchise. These skins are exclusive to the PlayStation Vita version of Mortal Kombat.
Mortal Kombat is releasing on May 4th (that's next week!) for PlayStation Vita. In addition to all of the features of the console version, Mortal Kombat for PlayStation Vita includes touchscreen fatalities, an all-new challenge tower mode, and all of the extra content that was originally released as DLC is included in the box.

An excellent question. Maybe they're "exclusive" in that they come in the box, rather than as paid DLC? Not sure though.
