Assassin’s Creed: Origins Gets 19 Minutes of New Gameplay

Runtime: 18:56    Author: IGNentertainment    Category: Trailers

Ubisoft has shared 19 minutes of new gameplay footage of Assassin’s Creed: Origins with IGN. The video features a new mission, and also shows the game running on Microsoft’s stronger hardware variant, the Xbox One X.

More specifically, the video focuses on a side-quest. Game director Ashraf Ismail is there to provide context to what’s going on.

In our hands-on time with the game at E3, combat seemed to be very different from previous entries in the series. It featured very deliberate animations, and punishing enemies. Correctly planning your approach, and stealth appear to be the focus of the game.

Assassin’s Creed: Origins launches October 27 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

I am so not going to watch this.
This is the only one since Black Flag that's even remotely interested me.
Hope they do one with some Greek or Norse mythology / history next.

This will be the first I have bought since AC 2. And that's because Egypt. I watched the steam trailer for it and instantly added to Wishlist. I don't think I'll watch anything else. I'll wait n make sure it's not another Ubisoft mess first and then grab it I think.
Very much looking forward to it.

A while back there was the question put out: where and when would you like the next A C to be set? I did answer Egypt, around the pyramids. Looks awesome so far and definitely looking forward to this one!!!
