Developer Telltale has announced three new projects, just before San Diego Comic-Con kicks off. A new season for The Wolf Among Us will be arriving in 2018, The Walking Dead will get a final season, and Batman will be getting a new story later in the year.
Batman: The Enemy Within is set to launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on August 8. The second season will see Batman deal with The Riddler, a “rutheless federal agent,” and The Joker.
“Batman must navigate uneasy alliances while Bruce Wayne undertakes a perilous series of deceptions,” reads the press release. “Which of Batman's new allies will you choose to trust? And how deep into the darkness will you let Bruce descend?”
The Walking Dead: The Final Season will have players control Clementine, and wrap-up her story. The game is set to arrive for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2018.
In a surprise announcement, the 2013-2014 game based on popular fantasy-meets-reality comic book Fables, is getting another instalment. The Wolf Among Us Season 2 is set to arrive in the second half of 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. No firm story details have been given, other than it will feature a “fresh story arc for its returning cast of characters,” with Bigby Wolf and Snow White confirmed.
