Monster Hunter XX Announced for Switch

Runtime: 2:28    Author: CapcomChannel    Category: Trailers

If you’ve been hoping to take your weapon crafting, beast hunting antics with you on the go, Capcom has announced that Monster Hunter XX will be coming to the Nintendo Switch.

If the name doesn’t ring a bell, that shouldn’t be surprising. Monster Hunter XX was a Japan-only expansion to Monster Hunter X – also known as Monster Hunter Generations in the west. The game will be making its way over from 3DS to Nintendo’s latest console, sporting sharper HD visuals.

As Gematsu reports, the game is slated for an August 25 release in Japan. No western release date has been confirmed. We’ll keep you updated as more details become available.
