Far Cry 5 Reveal Trailer Focuses on American Militia

Runtime: 2:09    Author: Ubisoftq    Category: Trailers

Developer Ubisoft has unveiled Far Cry 5 with a new trailer, showcasing the game's open-world setting, villains, and themes. As many speculated, religious overtones play a major part. The player is up against a heavily armed American militia run by someone called "The Father."

From the video description:

Discover the world of Hope County, this idyllic place home to a community of freedom-loving people and a fanatical doomsday cult which has been quietly infiltrating every aspect of daily life.

Far Cry 5 is set to release on February 27 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. As Kotaku reports, it's being made by Ubisoft Montreal -- the team behind Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 4

Then you remember it's a Ubisoft game and how they murdered For Honor.

He's got a point, stop downvoting him. Hyping up a Ubisoft game is NOT a good idea. Hyping up ANYTHING is not a good idea as you will only be disappointed

I think it's the fact that he's negative in basically every article, I also think he has a few people who downvote because of this regardless of his comment

Think we need to move to the way of Facebook, and not have downvotes - you either agree/like someones comment or you don't. Whats the point of having opinions if people come along and downvote regardless.

And for really offensive/spam comments, have some sort of report comment function.

Back to the article - I personally have no expectations. Will judge the game once we see some gameplay closer to release. The setting is interesting however.

It's too late homie, you're literally NZG's Resident Edgelord. For better or for worse.
