Marvel Heroes Omega Announced for PS4

Developer Gazillion announced today Marvel Heroes Omega for PlayStation 4. The developer of 2013’s PC RPG Marvel Heroes is bringing the game to Sony’s platform this autumn, although details are sparse.

“If you’ve got a favourite Marvel Super Hero, there’s a good chance you’ll be able to play as him or her in Marvel Heroes Omega,” wrote Gazillion’s community manager David Lee on the PlayStation blog. “It’s got one of the largest rosters of playable Heroes that pulls from all corners of the Marvel Universe. Play as Spider-Man, the Avengers, the Defenders, the Inhumans, the X-Men, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and so many more!”

As GameSpot points out, it’s unclear if the game is a sequel to Marvel Heroes – a game which is currently still supported on PC – or simply a port. Gazillion has in the past rebranded Marvel Heroes under different names, resulting in separate Metacritic entries.

We’ll keep you updated as New Zealand dates and pricing become available.

I'm down, as long as it's not a terrible port like the Alliance games ( If it's a port, of course )
