Destiny 2 Gets Reveal Trailer, Confirmed for PC

Runtime: 1:56    Author: destinygame    Category: Trailers

Activision and Bungie have released a reveal trailer for Destiny 2, showcasing a story which seems to focus a lot more on the Cabal. Moreover, it features a very different tone from the first game – dipping into both self-seriousness, and comedy.

From the video description:

Humanity’s last safe city has fallen to an overwhelming invasion force led by Ghaul, the imposing commander of the brutal Red Legion. He has stripped the city’s Guardians of their power, and forced the survivors to flee. You will venture to mysterious, unexplored worlds of our solar system to discover an arsenal of weapons and devastating new combat abilities. To defeat the Red Legion and confront Ghaul, you must reunite humanity’s scattered heroes, stand together, and fight back to reclaim our home.

Developer Bungie also confirmed that the game will be making its way to PC.

A gameplay premiere is slated for May 18. Destiny 2 is set to launch on September 8 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Great for the people who wanted it, and didn't want to buy a console.

That trailer is pretty funny... Not sure I'll get this as don't have time for two super grindy games in my catalogue... Might wait for special or goty editions first.

Still reeling from the disappointing launch destiny had. So unlikely to invest any more .only in the franchise.

Nice! Graphics look good, and I love a bit of humour thrown in. Hopefully not too annoyingly frequent in the final game (remember Jar Jar Binks anyone?). Looking forward to it.
