Prey Trailer Showcases Alien Enemies

Runtime: 2:41    Author: BethesdaSoftworks    Category: Trailers

Publisher Bethesda released a new trailer for Prey, showcasing the various alien species you’ll encounter in your time with the sci-fi horror game. The most prominent enemy is the Typhon Cacoplasmus – or Mimic – which assumes the role of inanimate objects to surprise the player.

From the video description:

Something has gone very, very wrong aboard Talos I. What began as an experiment aimed at bettering humanity has turned into a full-on alien infestation by the previously contained entities called Typhon. Morgan Yu, who is at the center of these experiments, now must fight the Typhon aboard the highly advanced space station owned by the TranStar Corporation.

With a full ecology, the Typhon aliens are more than just shadowy creatures hell-bent on destroying the human race.

Prey is set to launch on May 5 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. We went hands-on with the game’s opening hour.

Is 2017 the year we'll look back on and envy? Too many good games before even E3 announcements! Don't know where I'm going to find the time to play all these. Pretty spoiled, we are.
