If you’ve been waiting eagerly for March 14 to say “engage” to your friends in virtual reality, you may have to re-think your plans. Ubisoft has delayed Star Trek: Bridge Crew until May 30. On the flip-side, the developer and publisher announced the inclusion of the U.S.S. Enterprise from the original Star Trek series.
This craft will join the U.S.S. Aegis – a bridge designed exclusively for the game.
Star Trek: Bridge Crew is a virtual reality title, coming to PlayStation VR, HTC Vive, and Oculus Rift. Players fill the roles of different members of a crew, handing tasks between each other as different situations arise. It will feature cross-play, meaning players will be able to join others’ adventures regardless of headset.
