Xbox Live Games with Gold for February 2017

Runtime: 1:35    Author: xbox    Category: Trailers

Microsoft unveiled the upcoming games Xbox Live Gold members can expect to get their hands on this February. As per usual, there are two on 360, and two on Xbox One. Both last-gen titles can be played via Xbox One Backward Compatibility.

For Xbox One, you’ll get access to the hectic co-op space shooter Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime, which will be available for the entire month. If simulation is more your thing however, you’ll also be getting Project Cars, available from February 16 til March 15.

On the 360 front, iconic adventure game Monkey Island 2: Special Edition is up for grabs from February 1 to 15. If you’ve sci-fi blood running hot through your veins after the theatrical release of Rogue One however, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is available from February 16 to 28.

New Zealand’s games may differ due to region differences. We’ll update this story if that happens to be the case.

Haven't been able to get into car games for years. Having said that, my son just got an Xbox One so maybe that's one we can jam on together.

Happy about Star Wars, played that one and the sequel. Awesome games. Really enjoyed the story. Looked like they set it up for a sequel end of the second one too, anyone know what's going on? It's been a few years and no sequel. Did they flag it? Did the studio get shut down?

Damn - great games for 360, and Project Cars for XO? well damn what an awesome lineup. I should just go buy an Xbox One and sub up just to collect the awesome games from Gold, certainly 1000x times better than what Ive been getting from PS+ in the last year (in terms of AAA or my game tastes)

Everyone's stoked about Project Cars being free (and rightly so), meanwhile Monkey Island 2 makes me a happy panda.

That's what I'm keen on.

As a keen racing game player, just a heads up on Project Cars. It's not much fun using a controller. I struggled for ages and lost all will to play it.
I bought a wheel before Christmas and it's totally transformed the game.
But since it's going to be free, have a go and see if you like it.

Oh gutted. Haven't been able to get into a proper racing game for years. If using a controller spoils it, I guess that is me out.

Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime looks cool, the most exciting Feb prospect for me! Not interested in the others, Force Unleashed is great for sure but I've already got it.

Good stuff all round MS, I look forward to the GWG announcements every month because they usually do a good job.

Lol this guy. It's perfectly fine with a controller, adjust the steering sensitivity and it's sweet as.
