Tekken 7 Pushed Back, Gets New Trailer

Bandai Namco has pushed back Tekken 7. Originally slated for an early 2017 release, the latest entry in the long-standing fighter is now scheduled to hit shelves on June 2 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

From the press release:

Tekken 7 for home console and PC represents the culmination of the highest levels of fighting game development, even surpassing its arcade counterpart by offering additional balance and fine tuning, the inclusion of a dramatic story mode, more characters, and the implementation of online tournament modes that are sure to ignite the fighting spirit amongst gamers around the world.

A season pass is also being made available, which will include special characters, alongside new stages and game modes, and costume packs.

No skin of my back. Gutted we can't compete in it for First Blood 7 in March. But it makes it for EVO!

Happy to wait for this. Haven't played a decent fighter on PS4 yet and Tekken was always my favourite franchise. King, Bryan, and Bob FTW!
