Get up to Speed on Destiny’s New Content with This Trailer

Runtime: 4:30    Author: Destinygame    Category: Trailers

Bungie have released a new trailer for their sci-fi, loot-driven shooter Destiny. It showcases some of the new content players can expect to see in the free April Update, which should be available now across all devices.

Some of the things covered in the trailer include:

  • An increased light level
  • Remixed raids, and strikes, as well as a brand new one
  • New story mission, quests, and bounties

PlayStation owners should also get access to their time-exclusive content with this update, as was reported last week.

The telling line for me from this trailer is "it's much more difficult now". Perhaps, I being overly cynical or no longer who they want to play the game, however making it more difficult does not equate to more fun to play, This trailer has not motivated me to play the game again with any urgency, which is a shame as it was a really good game to play.

It's actually much, much easier. There are a lot more avenues to get your LL up. PoE challenge mode is an utter joke. Takes about 15 minutes.

I honestly think they put this out for more casual players. Team no-lifers like myself beat all the content in under 3 hours, now it's quite a friendly grind up to 335.

So I don't mind this aspect, it's the story mission and the strike that had me rolling my eyes. They are absolutely atrocious.
