From 5 to 6.30 am this morning (NZST), Sony held their media briefing for Gamescom 2014, and the full video is now available to watch for those who weren't awake for it.
During the press conference, a number of new titles were announced:
Additionally, new footage for a raft or previously announced games, like Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor, Destiny, Far Cry 4, Bloodborne, and more.
Finally, Sony used the briefing to announce the 2.0 firmware for PlayStation 4, which will add direct uploads to YouTube and a feature called Share Play. Described as being like a "virtual couch," Share Play allows players to invite others to join their game, even people who don't own it, as well as letting another play take over the controls to assist with singleplayer games.
