Injustice Launch Trailer is Serious Business

Runtime: 1:23    Author: WBIEAustralia    Category: Trailers

Injustice: Gods Among Us, releasing this week, is a fighting game by the team behind 2011's Mortal Kombat.

The story, hinted at in the launch trailer (above), is that a catastrophe causes Superman and several of his similarly super-human pals to take control of the planet. Not all of the game's characters agree with this approach, and much one-on-one violence ensues.

The game is releasing on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on Thursday. The Wii U version, however, due to release alongside 360 and PS3, has been pushed back - seemingly until at least May 3rd.

How did Injustice get R16? From what I have seen there is no gore and even the blood is minimal

It doesn't need to have gore or gallons of blood to be rated R16. Violence alone can be enough to rate it R16.

It's pretty violent, despite the lack of gore or blood. I think R16 is justified.

Also, I AM READY, my Thursday is free so I can just play all day :)

Yeah, I didn't exactly word my first comment right. The action seems quite similar to the DoA series which is violent hence my surprise
