In NBA 2K10 you will find that it has upgraded quite a bit from 2K9. In 2K10 you will find that the graphics looks a tiny bit better, new game modes, new openings before playing a basketball game and many more.

The new 'My Player' mode is where you can create your own player and choose what he looks like, how tall he is, how he shoots the ball and many other features. I know you must be thinking, huh you can do that in 2K9, but there is a bit more to it now, 2K10 after you have created your player he is automatically put into a NBA Summer League (random team), after he is in a team you can do drills to put his attributes up. So you can make your player shoot better on the outside or inside, or you can make him good at rebounding and dunking. Also when you play a Summer League Game with your player, you can only control YOUR player so for those who don't really play basketball in real life this mode may not be for you as if you want your player to get a good rating then you will need to know when to pass, when to shoot or when to call for the ball, or else your rating will go down. After a couple of games in the Summer League you will go to NBA Camp to try and get into a NBA Team. This mode is one of my favourite things about the game as it makes me feel like I am actually playing.

Next up is the awesome new opening (I think it might just be the Cavaliers not sure as I haven't watched anyone Else's openings) of the Cleveland Cavaliers. If you have seen a game of the Cleveland Cavaliers you will know that Lebron James likes to from a cloud of flour/white powder into the air before the start of each game at their home court. Now 2K has brought this opening to the 2K10 and it looks mighty awesome (I'm not saying that because Lebron is my Basketball Idol ;) ).

Now for the graphics, to me I think the graphics look a bit better then 2K9 but to others it may not. Another thing which was really awesome to see was that 2K has fixed a glitch that used to happen quite alot in 2K9 which was the glitch where if you passed the ball to someone running near the sideline, they would catch the ball and end up standing out. This used to really annoy me at the last seconds of close games but now I'm glad that I can sass my brother up all the time now.

So if you are a basketball fanatic like me you will love this game, you will want to do things to the game that you have never done before.
