Gears of war has a fantastic single/multiplayer story and magnifficent online play. The game never slows down and is deffinitly in my opinion, one of the most unique and best looking games of 2006.

You are a COG (Coalation of Orderd Goverments) soilder called Marcus Fenix, you start off by your partner Dom Santiago busting your ass out of jail so you can help with the nightmare of trying to defeat the locust.

Gears of Wars stunning in game visuals and intence fast paced gameplay, is probably why it one so many awards (I.e. Game of the Year, Best Action Game of 2006) Also the new cover technique has opened a whole new style of in game shooting for many years to come.

i dont really want to write about the story of the game, because I don't want to spoil the great experience i guarantee you will have while playing it for the first time.


So there you have it! Great gameplay, graphics and a machine gun with a chainsaw on it is the reason why it deserves the title of "Best game created"... So far anyway
