You just know that, when a video starts off with a warning like the above (and all in caps, at that), it's gonna be good. That said, the subtitle - Assassination Cutscene - makes similar suggestions already...
In this clip, which is a cutscene from the upcoming Binary Domain, you get a pretty good idea as to what the game is all about. Set in the future, the story - which is very similar to the excellent movie Vexille - centers around Japanese advances in humanoid robotics. Just be warned, it's spoiler-tastic.
Binary Domain, a tactical third-person shooter developed by the Yakuza guys, is headed to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC at the end of February.
