Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Release Date Announced

Namco Bandai have announced the release date for the upcoming Tekken Tag Tournament 2, the first new title in the series in 12 years. Available in Japanese arcades since late last year, the tag-team fighter is headed to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on September 13th 2012.

Additionally, players that preorder the title will have day-one access to a downloadable content pack that adds an extra four characters to the title. You can see the bonus characters (Michelle, Angel, Ancient Ogre, and Kunimitsu) in action in this video.

A collector's edition - featuring a soundtrack CD, art book, and exlusive videos - will also be available.
