Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon has revealed that the next DLC character for Mortal Kombat X, Tanya, will be available "in early June".
Boon responded to a fan on Twitter asking about Tanya with a simple poem: "She's koming soon, in early June, or my name isn't Boon."
Tanya will be the second DLC character (third if you include Goro, who was a preorder bonus) for Mortal Kombat X, after Jason Voorhees (of Friday the 13th fame) was added earlier this month. Two more characters, Predator and Tremor, were previously announced, and should be "koming" in the next few months.
All four characters are included in the $50 Kombat Pack, as well as being available for individual purchase for $5.99 - $7.95, depending on platform. Kombat Pass holders get access to new characters a week before they becoming available individually.
Mortal Kombat X came out in April this year for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC; it's also coming to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 at a later date. For more information, see our review.
