Armageddon Games  List Confirmed

The full list of games that will be on display at the Armageddon pop culture expo in Auckland this weekend has been confirmed, with New Zealand's first playable build amongst them.

Games playable at the show include:

  • Assassin's Creed Rogue
  • Assassin's Creed Unity
  • Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
  • The Crew
  • Disney Infinity 2.0
  • Driveclub
  • Dying Light
  • Far Cry 4
  • Forza Horizon 2
  • Halo: The Master Chief Collection
  • Mortal Kombat X
  • LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham
  • LittleBigPlanet 3
  • The Order: 1886
  • Singstar Ultimate Party
  • Skylanders Trap Team
  • Sunset Overdrive

The following will also be at Armageddon, albeit in non-playable form:

  • Dragon Age: Inquisition (presentation scheduled for Monday, October 27th, at 3pm)
  • Tom Clancy's The Division

Additionally, Armageddon will host a New Zealand Game Developers Association (NZGDA) speakers panel and indie game showcase. Speakers include graphic designer turned tabletop game designer Ezra Whittaker-Powley, Media Design School graduate and founder of Bexcellent Games, Rebeccah Cox, graphic artist Lianne Booton, and lead artist from Auckland-based Grinding Gear Games, Erik Olofsson.

As previously announced, League of Legends fans will also be able to witness the remaining matches from the first round of the Oceanic Regionals. The first set of matches from the Round of Eight were played at EB Expo in Sydney earlier this month, and saw the Chiefs and Dire Wolves earn a place n the semi finals. Legacy, Unlimited, Your Soul Shall Chuffer, and Avant Garde will duke it out for the remaining two spots, live at Armageddon.

Armageddon takes place this weekend, from Friday, October 24 through Monday, October 27 (Labour Day), with tickets available through iTICKET or on the door. Prices are as follows:

SINGLE DAY ENTRY - Friday to Monday

  • Student (with ID) $17.00 (presale only) - $20.00 at the door
  • Child (5-12) $10.00 or FREE with a full paying adult
  • Family (2 adults & 3 child) $55.00


  • Adult - $50.00 (presale only) - $60.00 at the door (save $10.00)
  • Student (with ID) $45.00 (presales only) - $50.00 at the door.
