The Last of Us will allegedly be available for PlayStation 4 this winter, bundled with the Left Behind prequel DLC.
In an interview on CNN Turkey's Multiplayer program, PlayStation Eurasian Software Market Manager Sercan Sulun seemingly confirmed that Naughty Dog's critically acclaimed game would be getting a PS4 release.
"There is no information about a new The Last of Us game but I can share this knowledge; as of this summer, The Last of Us will be on the PS4. Both on PSN and physically," Sulun said (translated by IGN.) "The PS4 version will also include the DLC so you will be able to play 'Left Behind' as well."
However, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has since responded to the news, saying that "at no time have we announced that The Last of Us is coming to PS4 and therefore, have nothing to say on the subject." SCEE's spokesperson stopped short of denying the the claims outright.
The Last of Us released as a PlayStation 3-exclusive last June to widespread critical acclaim, and went on to win numerous Game of the Year awards from various outlets.
