Update: Deal #12 ends the promotion in high style, with a big discount on The Last of Us - a game many are tipping to be front-runner for the various game of the year awards (including our own.) It's available standalone for $59.95 ($53.96 with PlayStation Plus) or bundled with the season pass for $71.22 ($64.10 on PS+.)
Vita owners don't miss out either, with a deep discount on the best version of one of the greatest JRPGs released on any platform in recent years, as Persona 4 Golden gets the low-cost treatment for the next 48 hours. Previously $69.95, it's now just $35.95 (or $32.36 to PS+ subscribers), which works out at about $0.30 per hour of entertainment you can expect to get from it.
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe are once again running their 12 Deals of Christmas promotion for the lead up to Christmas. Every two days from the first of December, two selected games on the PlayStation Store will go on sale for up to 65% off.
SCEE ran a similar promotion last year, with relatively new games (at the time) like Sleeping Dogs and Far Cry 3 going on sale for 67% off and 50% off, respectively. Missing from last year's sale, though, were PS Vita games, something SCEE is addressing this time around - one of the two games going on sale every 48 hours will be a Vita title.
The sale is scheduled to start at an unspecified time on December 1 (in Europe). We'll keep this post updated with each new sale that comes along, so you may want to bookmark this page and check back often.
