Middle-earth: Shadow of War - Where to Get It


Monolith’s Middle-earth: Shadow of War launches this week. The game sees a return of the Nemesis system, new environments to explore, and new weapons to master. We figured it’d be a good time to wrap up the different places where you can grab the game, and the deals you can expect.

Digitally via PlayStation, Microsoft, and Steam ($119.95/$119.90/$104.95)

If physical releases aren’t your thing, digital versions of the game are available across all major marketplaces. Pre-ordering this stock-standard version gives some in-game extras:

If physical media is still your thing, and you’re looking for a reduced price-point over the digital versions, most brick-and-mortar stores have your back.

EB are offering the same pre-order bonuses as the Standard Digital version.

Mighty Ape: Pre-Order for PS4, Xbox One, and PC ($92.00/$92.00/$85.00)

The online retailer is offering the stock standard version of the game at a slightly reduced price. You’ll also pick up the Standard Edition’s bonuses for pre-ordering.

This physical version includes all the same in-game bonuses as the digital Silver version. It also comes in a tin case, and with a poster for the game too.

With reviews coming in saying that the Final scene is hidden behind grinding for hours unless you pay for loot boxes I might wait for a $5 sale.
