Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle: Where to Get It

Ubisoft and Nintendo’s weird-and-wonderful crossover game releases next week. The Mario and Rabbids universes collide, embedding players in tense tactical encounters. We figured it’d be a good time to wrap up the different places where you can grab the game, and the deals you can expect.

These deals were available at the time of writing. As stock runs out, availability may change.

Digitally via the Nintendo eShop ($99.95)

If you aren’t attached to physical media – and you have enough space on your device – then you can pick the game up via the Switch’s digital storefront. Pre-loads aren’t available however, so you’ll have to download the entire game on launch day.

EB Games: Pre-order ($99.99)

If you’re a fan of physical media, retail outlets still have your back. Pre-ordering the game from EB will give you some in-game extras. The Pixel Pack comes bundled with 8 unique, retro-themed weapons.

EB Games: Collector’s Edition ($159.99)

If you like upsizing, the Collector’s Edition comes bundled with:

  • A copy of the game
  • Rabbid Mario 6" Figurine
  • Game Soundtrack
  • Collector Cards (set of 12)
  • All in a Collector's Box

Pre-ordering this will also grant you access to the Pixel Pack.

Mighty Ape: Pre-order ($89.99)

This edition comes in at a slightly reduced price, and comes bundled with the Pixel Pack, a poster, and Nintendo Switch Clean and Protect Kit.

JB Hi-Fi: Pre-order ($89.00)

The black-and-yellow store has the stock-standard, no frills version of the game, at a reduced price.

Who are they matching? They have been super reluctant to price match places like nzgameshop...

A little bit on the fence, will wait for the NZG review and perhaps pick it up from JB Hifi.
