Spotify Arrives for Xbox One

Microsoft has announced that Spotify is now available to Xbox One users. The app can be downloaded in 34 different territories, including New Zealand.

“Just download the Spotify app from the Xbox Store to choose your personalized gaming experience,” wrote Spotify product director Mikael Ericsson on the Xbox Wire. “You can choose from your saved music, search the full Spotify catalogue of 30 million tracks, or browse the pre-curated gaming playlists in the ‘Gaming’ hub.”

To mark the occasion, a curated list has been created by Major Nelson.

The Spotify app is available on Xbox One now. The app released on PlayStation 4 two years ago, as part of an exclusivity deal with Sony.

Ah yes finally! I've had Spotify free with Spark for about a year and now I can finally use it to it's potential.
