New Games Releasing This Week: March 6 - 12

Uibsoft's open-world co-op shooter Ghost Recon: Wildlands is leading the charge this week. If you're a fan of tighter action gameplay, then PlatinumGames' Nier: Automata is also releasing, putting players in the role of android 2B.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands is the first military shooter set in a massive and responsive open world, entirely playable in 4 player co-op or solo. Coming to PS4, Xbox ONE and PC. Bolivia, a few years from now. The country has become the largest cocaine producer in the world. The Santa Blanca drug cartel has turned the country into a narco-state, leading to lawlessness, injustice, and violence. The Ghosts, an elite US Special Forces team, is sent behind enemy lines to wreak havoc and takedown the cartel.

Loot Rascals



Adventurers play as a quirky astronaut on a strange procedurally-generated planet, fighting goofy baddies and gathering stat-boosting cards to build their character. Developer Hollow Ponds' team includes an Adventure Time animator and former Hohokum developers.

Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey



Firis’ journey will take her through beautiful and unexplored regions with unexpected surprises, often forcing her and her friends into battle. In battle, each character has the ability to use unique standard and special attacks, as well as supporting items. By carefully combining their skills, Firis and friends can defeat enemies more swiftly! Chaining abilities fills the Linkage Gauge which ultimately leads to powerful Chain Burst attacks, where all party members get to interlink their moves to deal devastating attacks to their foes and result in impressive finishing blow!

Nier: Automata



Nier: Automata is the next game in the Nier franchise and is a collaboration between Square Enix and PlatinumGames. Earth has suddenly been invaded by beings from another planet and mechanical life forms with overwhelming power were used as weapons of war which forced mankind to flee to the moon. In order to take back the earth, a resistance force of android warriors has been created by humanity to fight these invaders.

Roll on GR the Wildlands.... also looking forward to seeing how good Lego Worlds is.but yeah probably a good amount of time is going to spent on Ghost Recon this week.

Already have Ghost Recon preordered so going to pick it up today.

Lego Worlds has been pushed back to March 15th.
