Batman: Arkham VR’s Story Is an Hour Long

Batman: Arkham VR is looking to be a short and sharp experience, if a recent interview with Rocksteady’s Dax Ginn is to be believed. In a talk with PressStart (via GameSpot), the main story will require about an hour to complete, with additional gameplay elements supplementing that.

"The core narrative is about 60 minutes in duration, however additional content is unlocked that provides about another 90 minutes of gameplay on top of that," Ginn said during the interview. "So there are plenty of reasons to play through the game multiple times in order to see everything that we have put into it."

Batman: Arkham VR was announced at E3 during Sony’s press conference. The game sees players control Batman from a first-person perspective with the upcoming PlayStation VR headset. Slated for an October 13 release, the game will come in at $31.95.

I was a bit disappointed to read that it was potentially only an hour long... then I saw the $31.95 price tag, so you get what you pay for. Still quite keen to check it out, I'm sure it'll be cool!

I have preordered this and I'm not disappointed with the suggested completion time of the main story of about n hour. Im keen on the experience and when the price was for around $32 I wasn't expecting a 100 hour experience.
