February 2017 Game Release Schedule

February 2017 Game Release Schedule

While the last few weeks have been relatively quiet on the gaming front, that looks set to change. We’re getting into the swing of things next month, with some major titles on the horizon soon after. Thankfully, we’ve organised some of the biggest upcoming releases for February into one handy article. Remember, you’ll also get VIP points for following games – so make sure to add these ones too!

February marks the release of For Honor – Ubisoft’s action-packed combat game. Players fill the shoes of either knights, Vikings, or samurai as they engage in brutal melee encounters. If samurai and punishing combat is your thing, Koei Tecmo’s Nioh is set to release too. Set in a fictionalised 1600s Japan, players will face monsters in tense, strategic fights.

For a more in-depth look at upcoming games – including some we may have missed – make sure to check our supplemental “Releasing This Week” article every Monday. For an overview of the year, check out the 2017 Game Release Schedule, which we'll periodically be updating.

Note: While this list is intended to be as comprehensive as possible, it is difficult to cover everything, especially with the growing prominence of downloadable and indie games. The dates of some releases can also shift around. If you notice anything that's missing, please let us know in the comments, or by emailing news@nzgamer.com.

Some big titles and intriguing new IPs on the way next month. Games don't really seem to take a break at this time of the year anymore. Some great variety in these titles as well.

I refuse to buy any game that has a single-player campaign and yet is online only. I don't like the precedent it sets.

It's massive profit-protection-over-user-experience imbalance. Not being able to play single player when their servers are overloaded is BS.

I get paid £82 every hour from online joobs. I never thought I’d be able to do it but my friend AB is earning £9k monthly by doing this job and she showed me how. Try it out on following website..
