A massive variety of content is headed to retail shelves this week, with everything from retro re-releases to flight simulators, sports games, Japanese RPGs, and MMOs.
A marquee release for PC gamers, Guild Wars 2 is one of the most hotly anticipated games of the year. Followup to the breakout 2005 classic, the sequel has been in development since early in 2007.
The latest Madden game brings the powerful physics-driven Inifnity animation engine (previously seen in FIFA) to the series for the first time, increasing the authenticity of the big-hitting tackles by removing the pre-canned animations used in earlier games.
Tales of Graces f was originally released on the Wii in 2009, before being ported to the PlayStation 3 and released in Japan in 2010. The Americans got a crack at the title back in March and, if you haven't imported it by now, you'll be able to buy it from Thursday. The special Day One edition includes a number of bonuses that are exclusive to the European and Asia / Pacific territories.
The Worms Collection includes Worms, Worms 2: Armageddon, and Worms: Ultimate Mayhem, all of which are presented on a disk for the first time this generation. Damage Inc, meanwhile, is a World War II era flight simulator / action game, which you can buy with or without a Saitek joystick.
