DmC Devil May Cry Release Date Announced

Capcom have announced the release date for DmC Devil May Cry, a title is set to reboot the popular action franchise. Despite recent financial reports suggesting a release date in 2012, the actual date set for the console version of the title is January 15th, 2013. A PC version is also in development, with its release planned for later in 2013.

Developed by Ninja Theory (Heavenly Sword), DmC Devil May Cry focuses on a new version of lead character Dante, as he fights against a town possessed by demons. Initial fan reaction to the major changes this new game makes to series staples was overwhelmingly negative, however press impressions have since proved positive; we're hoping to see for ourselves at E3 in just two weeks time.
