First DLC Announced for Future Soldier

Ubisoft has announced the first downloadable content for their upcoming third-person shooter, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. Called the Arctic Strike Map Pack, the DLC bundle includes new maps, weapons, and more.

The announced content:

• New multiplayer maps
• A new multiplayer mode
• A new Guerrilla Mode co-op map
• Six additional weapons

Arctic Strike will be available for purchase on Xbox Live or on the PlayStation Network on July 3, 2012; no plans for a PC version were included in this announcement.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will be released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on May 24th in New Zealand, and the PC version releases on June 15th.
