Konami have announced the release date for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid HD Collection on the PlayStation Vita. The collection, which released earlier this year on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in New Zealand, brings Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater together in one package.
The Vita version sports upgraded graphics over those seen in the PlayStation 2 originals, and people who already own the collection on PS3 will be able to continue their game on the Vita by using the supported "Transfarring" feature.

Furthermore, this version of the collection has added support for the Vita's unique set of input options, adding the ability to peek around corners, interrogate enemies, quick-attack with the knife, cycle through options, or even zoom in on cutscenes - all by using the touchscreen.
Metal Gear Solid HD Collection is releasing in June.
