Warner Brothers have announced a free update to their recently released online-only first-person shooter, Gotham City Impostors. The patch, which is available now, fixes up a number of game glitches as well as adding a new map, a new mode, and the ability to customize character voices.
The new map, called "East End", supports all of the game's multiplayer modes, while the new "Bounty Hunter" mode offers a new variation on the title's standard "Team Deathmatch" mode.
Gotham City Impostors, if you're unaware of the title, is set in Batman's home town, with fans of both Batman and Joker going to war in support of their chosen hero (or villain, depending on your perspective). Relying on a combination of typical first-person shooter weaponry and unusual gadgetry, the game was well received at NZGamer.com. Dene suggested the title "has plenty of awesome to go round", before awarding the game a solid 8.3
Gotham City Impostors is available now on Xbox 360 (1200 points / $24), PlayStation 3, and PC (US$14.99 / approximately NZ$18.50)
