Modern Warfare 3 Free This Weekend

Activision have announced a promotion for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, in which PC gamers will have full unrestricted access to the title this weekend for free.

The promotion starts at 5am tomorrow morning local time, and you can pre-load the game in advance by following the instructions on the Steam news post.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 costs US$99.99 (NZ$123) when purchased on Steam from New Zealand, compared to US$69.99 ($86) when buying on Steam in the United States, or between NZ$68 and NZ$90 at retail in New Zealand.
