EA have announced a number of iPad-related updates to their software range this afternoon, including the release of Burnout CRASH!
Burnout CRASH!
A re-imagination of the arcade driving game that focuses on causing car crashes, Burnout CRASH! first appeared on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in September 2011. The game is also now available on iPad, where it will set you back $6.49 from the App Store. As the game is 149MB, you will need to connect to a computer or to Wi-Fi to download it (the cap for downloading over 3G is 50MB).
TETRIS for iPad
A brand-new version of the decades-old Russian puzzle game, TETRIS for iPad brings a number of new features to the title. A marquee new feature is the new "one touch" marathon mode, which will also be joined by the power-up based "Galaxy" mode, as well as integration with EA's Origin service and a detailed statistics system to keep track of everything you do in the game.
It's out now for $9.99 on the App Store, and weighs in at 22.8MB (allowing for download over 3G.)
Mass Effect Infiltrator
A third person shooter developed by the team behind the well-received Dead Space iOS game, Mass Effect Infiltrator has been updated with a number of new features. Specifically, the game now allows for manual aiming, new mission rewards have been added, and your characters will change based on their Paragon or Renegade status. The game has also been optimized for the Retina display of the new iPad, which will also offer smoother performance than ever before.
If you're keen to save the galaxy on your iPad, Mass Effect Infiltrator is out now for $6.49; it's 647MB.
