3DS eShop Update - 28 July

While it might get drowned out by the massive price cut news, the 3DS eShop has nevertheless been updated, adding to its increasingly large stable of Virtual Console games, 3DS games and game content. Oddly, Fortified Zone is 5c cheaper than other Virtual Console Game Boy games.
