2K Games has announced the Australian release of Borderlands Game of the Year edition for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC for AU$69.95, with a New Zealand release within the next few days. While the local pricing wasn't announced, most stores have it for pre-order around $80.

The Game of Year Edition was announced last month. At the time, it only included Borderlands along with codes for the expansion packs. That changed when Gearbox acquired the Duke Nukem IP.

Gearbox announced that they would include early access to the Duke Nukem Forever demo, adding to the typical GOTY "game/dlc bundle".

The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned, Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot, The Secret Armory of General Knoxx and Claptrap’s New Robot Revolution add-on packs are also available separately on the Xbox Live Marketplace for Xbox 360 for 400 to 800 Microsoft Points and on the PlayStation Network and PC for around $15.50.

Duke Nukem Forever will be released for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC in 2011.

2K Games also revealed the Borderlands GOTY box art.

If none of you fellow gamers own this, I would suggest you buy it for some fun filled hours of gameplay.

Already own the lot.
Just another reason to not buy games and wait for the GOTY lol
This is amazing value considering the DLC is $13.50-15.50 each (x4).
