Capcom has announced that its recently released downloadable title, Dead Rising 2: Case Zero, has broken "all records on Xbox Live." Although Capcom couldn't release any sales figures, the leaderboards show that at least 328,290 people have tried it.
Gamerbytes.com has estimated - taking into account a 30% cut from Microsoft - that Capcom has made around USD$1,149,015 in the first week.

Case Zero is a prologue to Dead Rising 2, designed to bridge the gap between the original Dead Rising and the sequel, while giving fans a taste of the new Dead Rising world. Introducing fans to the new protagonist Chuck Greene and his daughter Katey. Players can also bring their characters stats over to Dead Rising 2.
Dead Rising 2: Case Zero is available to download on Xbox Live Arcade. Dead Rising 2 will launch on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 on September 24 and PC on October 1st, 2010.
