Capcom may have a couple of interesting announcements in store for the Tokyo Game Show. In an interview with Spanish gaming site 3D Juegos (via Gamespot) Capcom managing director Keiji Inafune, said Devil May Cry 5 will probably be designed with Western Audiences in mind. Explaining that, while the series has done well in Japan, sales haven't been as high in Europe or the United States. Saying the team will "incorporate a Western touch".

On the subject of Resident Evil, Inafune said that Capcom wanted to push Resident Evil 6 out as soon as possible, citing the success of Resident Evil 5. "Given the great success that supposed for us Resident Evil 5, we want that Resident Evil 6 leaves as rapidly as possible to the market. In fact, you will shortly have the news of Capcom about this."
Things aren't looking so good for the Onimusha series. When asked about the future Onimusha titles, Inafune laughed and said that no one asks him about that series, except for the Spanish press - jokingly suggesting the next title could be based in Spain.
Capcom might have some juicy announcements for the Tokyo Game Show, which begins September 16th.
