Ubisoft has announced that the demo for Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction will be available for Xbox 360 from March 19, 2010 via the Xbox Live Marketplace. The single-player demo will feature the opening segment of the Michigan Avenue Reservoir level and serve as an introduction to the game’s core gameplay mechanics for Splinter Cell fans.

“Splinter Cell was the franchise that defined third person action adventure games on the Xbox and we believe that Conviction will revolutionize the genre on Xbox 360,” said Tony Key, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Ubisoft. “We are thrilled gamers will be able to get a little taste of why we are so excited about Conviction’s release in April.”
