Almost a year ago Bungie said Halo: Reach would be their final Halo title. If a recent trademark the developer filed is any indication they plan on digging up their old FPS series, Marathon.

The original series was mostly exclusive to Mac in the initial release - the second title was also released on PC. Until a few years ago when the trilogy was released on PC as freeware.
It remains to be seen which platform Marathon lands on this time - although Bungie will probably opt for an Xbox 360 released given their experience on the platform and possibly PlayStation 3 and PC versions.

I'm very interested to see what they do next post Halo and post Microsoft. As much as I'd love to see another chapter in the Marathon universe I kinda hope they don't just churn out another shooter on Xbox?! They used to be so versatile before they became "the Halo guys". I'd like to see something competely different like an RPG.
Ahh, bungie should put this in the arcade section for 360. No need to touch it up.

Yeah, they need to come up with something new.
