Local developer Sidhe Interactive has picked up the “Best Downloadable Title” Award at the Game Developers Awards 2009 for their PlayStation 3 title Shatter.

“Receiving this award is a major accolade for Shatter that recognizes the hard work the team put into making something unique and exciting,” said Mario Wynands, Managing Director of Sidhe. “The awards featured a number of great titles from around the region, and we appreciate the judges rewarding the risks we took in making the game.”
The GDAA Game Developer Awards are an annual awards recognizing excellence in the Australian and New Zealand development community.

It's close to being the best PSN game this year. Well earned Sidhe.
