Microsoft has announced that Forza Motorsport 3 has gone gold. The demo will go live on the Xbox Live Marketplace on September 24th, while the full version will be released in New Zealand on October 23rd.
The demo features a full cock-pit view, car damage, Xbox Live Leader board support (for lap times), and you can try out the games rewind feature.
The following cars are available in the demo:
• Porsche #80 Flying Lizard 911 GT3-RSR
• Audi R8 V10 5.2 FSI quattro
• Ferrari California
• Mitsubishi Evo X
• Mini Cooper JCW

Pretty sweet cars for a demo. I wonder what will be possible to do in the demo. Probably a single track right?
