Gamescom: New Spore Titles Dated

EA has announced the Nintendo exclusive Spore titles; Spore Hero and Spore Hero Arena will be hitting the Wii and DS respectively on October 9.

Spore Hero takes Spore’s classic creature building and inject it into an action-adventure title, while Spore Hero Arena will have players create a fighter and pit it against other creatures in the arena.

“Spore Hero and Spore Hero Arena give Spore and Nintendo fans a new, dynamic and engaging way to interact with their customized creature heroes,” said Lucy Bradshaw, and General Manager at Maxis. “Players’ heroes take center stage as both games, distinctly tailor-made for its Nintendo platform, infuse creativity, combat and adventure to create a unique gameplay experience on the Wii and Nintendo DS.”
