EA New Zealand has announced the Collector’s Edition and some incentives to get people pre-ordering their upcoming RPG Dragon Age: Origins.

The Collectors Edition will be packed in a steel case, have a cloth map of the world of Dragon Age, a Making of documentary DVD, the Dragon Age: Origins soundtrack, game trailers, wallpapers, strategy tips, a concept art video and a few downloadable items.

In addition, buyers of either edition will receive a code to download Blood Dragon Armor. Said Armor won’t be restricted to Dragon Age use either, you’ll be able to use it in Mass Effect 2 too.

Dragon Age: Origins hits PC and Xbox 360 on November 6th, while the PlayStation 3 version will follow shortly after.

Oh, sweet, I'll get game trailers for the game I'm buying? What do they expect that to do, make me want to buy the game again? OK, so it's probably for other BioWare projects but I like being a d*ck.

Yes, Bioware always make for PC, so the 360 is an easy port. PS3 would require some recoding for that platform.
But you would think they'd just do it all and release it all at the same time. Maybe they are running out of time on their deadline? So they are just releasing it on pc/360 because it was developed on it. Doubt the wait would be long.
