It’s official, Warner Bro’s has signed a deal to purchased a good chunk of Midway Games, including development studios in Chicago and Seattle - for a mere USD$33,000,000.
Although the deal doesn’t include Midway’s San Diego studio, New Castle studio or the TNA and Wheelman franchises, WB now has Mortal Kombat, and Midway’s back catalog of classics such as Spy Hunter, Beer Tapper and Robotron to play with!

WB owns Mortal Kombat.
That WB now get their turn to indulge in mediocrity.
Beer Tapper. IS AWESOME.
I agree, I'd love a new Spy Hunter. One where it doesn't involve the rock, is more like GTAIV, but instead of jacking cars, if you run away from it, you can call your car to you!
TAKE THAT BATMAN!
