Gamers thought that the long asked for patch for analogue controls would be coming with the Diabolical Dragons pack due for release with the relaunch of the PLAYSTATION Store tomorrow. However, Lair has just received a patch updating it to version 2.10.
The 147 MB patch brings optional analogue support and a target reticle to the experience, allowing players to control their dragon with the analogue sticks rather than the Sixaxis motion control. Some motion control remains, however, as players will still be required to shake the controller for some moves.
Lair is now available at many stores for $60, and with the option of analogue control silencing what was the biggest criticism of the game, now might be an excellent time to check out Factor 5's dragon extravaganza if you don't own it already.
