Electronic Arts has officially unveiled its next World War II-based Medal of Honor console title, having mentioned one was in development earlier this week during a conference held in Sydney. Medal of Honor: Dogs of War will be on PS2, Xbox and Gamecube, and released in spring 2005.
Electronic Arts is again working closely with the Congressional Medal of Honor Society, and military advisors including mainstay Captain Dale Dye in order to achieve the high level of authenticity apparent with all other Medal of Honour games. The games setting is being brought back to Europe, after the unpromising showing in the pacific, and is set to be based in 1942, when the allies are on the brink of defeat, and need to turn the tide of the war.
