One game which has been on the lips of most of us here in the NZGamer Towers is Guild Wars: Nightfall. Officially slated for an October 27 release we were most surprised when we were called by EBGames NZ letting us know that they were able to sell the title from today.
Unfortunately, there is a catch... Though you may purchase the game you cannot play it... yet. Crazy-talk it is not. The Nightfall servers don't launch until 12:01am US time so that means there's still a bit of waiting to do (this translates to roughly 9PM New Zealand time - so no skipping work!).
However, if previous Guild Wars releases are anything to go by, access should be granted slightly earlier, by a couple of hours.
We will endevour to let you know as soon as the game goes live.
